The V1SAGES case management approach is currently being implemented at the CISSS de la Montérégie-Ouest and is progressing well.
We would like to congratulate the case managers for their outstanding work. Thanks to their dynamism and proactivity, several follow-ups have been initiated, and patients have agreed to be contacted for participation in the research. This recruitment is essential to assess the impact of the case management program on patients and to understand how, why, and under what circumstances it works.
Stay tuned for more updates on the scaling up of the V1SAGES approach.
