The article “Integrated case management between primary care clinics and hospitals for people with complex needs who frequently use healthcare services: A multiple-case embedded study” by Catherine Hudon, Maud-Christine Chouinard, Olivier Dumont-Samson, MA, Annie-Pier-Gobeil-Lavoie, Jean Morneau, Mélanie Paradis, Yves Couturier, Marie-Eve Poitras, Thomas Poder, Véronique Sabourin, and Mireille Lambert has just been published in Health Policy.

This multiple case study focuses on the implementation and evaluation of an integrated case management program (hospital + primary care clinic).

Dr. Catherine Hudon of V1SAGES recently won the André-Dupont 2022 award from the Club de Recherches Cliniques du Québec (CRCQ).

This award is given annually to a young researcher with no more than 10 years of experience as an independent researcher for excellence in the field of biomedical research.
